| Reservations
are encouraged, and pre-payment is required for all
reservations. Payments may be made by sending a check
or money order, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover)
over the phone at the time of the reservation. If sending a check/money
order payment, we recommend making the reservation a week in advance
to meet the payment deadline. Payments must be received
by 2 PM the day prior to the trip. For Sunday and
Monday trips, payments must be at the office by 2 PM on the Friday
prior to the trip.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations
may be cancelled by notifying the office up to 48 hours prior
to the reserved trip date. A cancelled reservation may be transferred
to another trip date or may be fully refunded. Cancellations less
than 48 hours - only a transfer can be given.
Walk-Ons (those
without reservations) are permitted, but seat availability is
not guaranteed. Walk-ons may pat the driver in cash at the time
of boarding.
  Trips
into Canada require proof of citizenship. Either a valid
passport or pass card with a photo ID are the only acceptable
documents. The United States requires a passport OR passport card
for anyone returning home after June 1, 2009. Please remember
to bring these items with you on your trip.
For any person between the ages of 19 and 21, two picture ID's
are necessary to enter Casino Windsor.
