We have planned some of the most popular tours that groups have been enjoying over the last several years and have added in some new and interesting offers for you to consider. Customize a trip for your group: We can customize the right trip for your group. The majority of the tours that are sold through the Group Tour Department are customized to meet the specifications of the group. If you don't see a trip offered in our catalog, please do not hesitate to contact the Group Tour Department for a custom quote for you. Just because you do not see a tour offered in our catalog, it does not mean we cannot put together that specific tour for you. Call us to set up that special tour customized especially for you.

New Motor Coaches: In the continued effort to supply our passengers with a deluxe way to travel and do that travel safely, we will be delivered 15 new motorcoaches in March of 2010. These vehicles with a cost of approximately $400,000 each, proves the commitment of Lakefront Lines in providing the best transportation in the Midwest.

If you are a Group Leader and would like to try out tours before you commit to your group, please check Familiarization Tours by clicking this sign post. Groups should have traveled on a multi-day trip with Lakefront Lines, Inc. within the past 12 months on sign up for Multi-Day FAM Trips. Participants on a FAM Tour must be the director or assistant director of travel for the club or group. We will limit each group tour customer to one representative and spouse or guest on the multi-day FAM Tours. On one day FAM Tours, each group tour customer may send 2 representatives plus a guest or spouse. Reservations require a 50% deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to the trip. A full rebate on the FAM Tour fee will be issued to a group leader and guest who bring at least 40 paying passengers to the FAM location within one year of the date of the original FAM Tour. Your reservation does not guarantee acceptance for the FAM Tour. We reserve the right to make the final decision on participants of a FAM Tour.

Guest Speakers: For no-charge, Lakefront lines offers you a guest speaker to come out to your organization and speak on potential travel ideas. Let's set up a date and time - give us a call.

Passport Book or Card - ID Required for Canada: Effective June 1, 2009, all U.S. citizens are now required to present a passport book, passport card, or WHTI-compliant document when entering the United States. Please Note: children under age 16 will be able to continue crossing land and sea boarders using only a U.S. birth certificate (or other form of U.S. citizenship such as a naturalization certificate). the original birth certificate or a copy may be used.

 U.S. Passport Card - Purpose: The new wallet-size U.S. Passport Card is a travel document that can be used to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry. Note that it cannot be sued for international air travel. The passport card is more convenient and less expensive that a passport book.

Safety and Maintenance - Lakefront Lines has been awarded the highest safety and maintenance ratings possible from the US Department of Transportation and the U.S. Military. Our fleet is inspected yearly and they are the safest motorcoaches on the road.
